GN Membership Requires ADA Membership, to join ADA click here http://www.eatright.org/Public/index_8040.cfm

If you are already an ADA member:

1. Log-on to the "Members Only" section at http://www.eatright.org/
2. Click on "DPGs and Affiliate" from the left hand side heading
3. Click on "DPG and membership Application"
4. Follow the instructions on the form

When you pay your annual ADA dues in the spring you can simultaneously renew GN Membership. Non-ADA Members may subscribe to the GN Newsletter by sending your name, address, phone number, and payment of $20.00 to Willa Thomas, RD, LD, 142 Stout Ave., Versailles, KY 40383, Willa.Thomas@ky.gov
